What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?

Renters must be 21 years of age or older to rent a vehicle.

For luxury vehicles, renters must be 25 years of age or older. Exceptions may be considered upon approval.

Is there a required interval between bookings?

Yes. A minimum 6-hour buffer is required between bookings to allow adequate time for vehicle preparation and servicing.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! We offer the following discounts for extended rentals:

5% off rentals of 3 days or more

10% off rentals of 7 days or more

15% off rentals of 15 days or more

20% off rentals of 30 days or more

We also offer a special promotion: Rent for 6 days and receive the 7th day free.

Promotions are subject to availability and may not be combined with other offers.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required:

Standard vehicles: $250

Luxury vehicles: $350

Deposits are returned following vehicle inspection and confirmation that all rental terms have been satisfied.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum rental period: 3 days

Maximum rental period: No maximum rental length, subject to vehicle availability.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

A 6.5% sales tax is applied to the rental amount, along with a $2.00 per day rental car surcharge. Any eligible discounts or promotional offers will be applied according to their applicable terms and conditions.

How many miles are included with the rental?

Mileage allowances vary based on vehicle type:

Luxury vehicles: 150 miles per day included

Non-luxury vehicles: Unlimited mileage included

An excess mileage charge of $0.45 per mile applies if the included mileage allowance is exceeded.

What are your standard business hours?

Our standard business hours are:

7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Delivery and pick-up service is available at RSW Airport for a fee of $50 for rentals under one week.

Please contact us for delivery options for longer rental periods or other locations.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-ups are available at the scheduled reservation time. Early pick-up up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time may be available with advance notification.

Returns include a 1-hour grace period before late fees may apply.

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Yes. All delivery and pick-up requests require at least 24 hours advance notice.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes. After-hours pick-ups and returns may be available with advance notice and approval.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Additional fees and policies include:

Young Driver Fee: $200 (requires approval from Veloce Formula)

Prepaid Fuel Option: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 plus the cost of fuel

Late Return Fee: $50 per day

Vehicle Retrieval Fee: $200

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in any vehicle. Evidence of unauthorized pet transport will result in a $250 pet cleaning fee.

Do you offer additional equipment or services? Are there any related fees?

Additional services include:

Excess Mileage Charge: $0.45 per mile for mileage exceeding the included daily allowance.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

Additional approved drivers may be added to the reservation at no extra cost.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Evidence of smoking, including odors, ash, or residue, will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

All renters are responsible for any toll charges incurred during their rental period.

Vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device. Please notify Veloce Formula if you plan to use toll lanes.

Please note that toll charges may take 30–60 days to be processed and billed. Once you receive your toll invoice, please review and submit payment promptly.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

Vehicles are expected to be returned in reasonably clean condition.

A $150 cleaning fee may be charged for excessive dirt or debris, including but not limited to mud, sand, spills, stains, or other conditions requiring additional cleaning beyond normal use.
